Rural Homes

Rural Lots and Land are one of the areas in which we specialize. Making sure that you design the right plan, taking topography into consideration, as well as utilities are important factors. Many of our customers have lots in rural areas, or acreage. Most of the time, these properties have septic and well too. We specialize in rural lots and acerage too, and are well versed on septic and well installations. We can design and build you an incredible home on your rural lot or acreage. What is infill?

Urban Infill is defined as new development in areas close to a city’s core that is constructed on vacant or undeveloped land within an older, existing, and established neighborhood that is surrounded by older homes. Urban infill itself implies that existing land is mostly built-out and what is being built is in effect “filling in” the gaps. Because the supply of infill lots is much lower than available suburban land, new homes built on these lots are generally worth quite a bit more than a subdivision of all brand new homes.
